The days work. It started off as just a warm up then I paused to skim through my LJ friends, one of the entries there caught my eye, it was made by Ratrinadragon. A small, quiet plea to make the pain stop hurting. I remembered I also had a very late trade to do with her so off to her webspace I went to find an up-to-date character sheet. The latest thing I found was an equine that she said she preferred but wasn't entirely sure yet so I had a go at it, granted it didn't turn out as well as I had hoped there are so many flaws. A Collab with Profox (lillereven of DA) His photo used for the background and his tweaking the final piece <3 The Fox and the Wolf painted in digitally by me, I stayed up Christmas Eve night to get the job done as a gift to present to his mother. In a way symbolic, she loves wolves and I wanted to do something she would like as well as put a piece of Profox in there as well along with a sliver of myself (the art) she loved it. Well worth staying up into the wee hours of the morning and being dead tired the next day, priceless to see her expression when we gave it to her. Photography © Martin Miels Artwork © Mearú
